Join us every Sunday from 11 am to 12:30 pm at Waterworks Park (weather permitting) or The Lab on Wednesday’s at 7:30pm-9pm for a transformative dance experience like no other.

Ecstatic Dance is more than just a dance party; it’s a movement practice that allows you to connect with your body, mind, and spirit through movement and music. There are no set choreographies or steps to follow—just let the music guide you and dance however you feel called to move.
